RMG Produces Real Estate Spot

Client challenge: A regional non-profit builder of affordable homes needed to raise the visibility of their latest New York ENERGY STAR(r) townhome project. The bottomline: they needed to sell newly constructed units.



RMG solution: Rosenbaum Media produced a :30 cable TV spot campaign with an aggressive production deadline of less than one week. RMG reviewed the contract proposal and suggested an alternative that nearly DOUBLED the number of spot airings for the client without any additional expenses.

Previously, for another real estate client, RMG produced a cable TV spot airing in New York City for a client who then saw 10,000 web hits from the one-month $6,000 ad buy. Cost per spot (not including production was $20.
